Heidelberg City of Literature have announced their first ever residency program.
The residency is located in Dilsberg, an idyllic small town 14 kilometers away from Heidelberg. The UNESCO City of Heidelberg will, of course, integrate the scholarship holders intensively into the regional scene.
Unique among the City of Literature residency opportunities is the fact that two people can apply at the same time The second person does not have to be necessarily a writer but should define her or his artistic background in a separate application form and should work closely together with the other applicant.
Each artist will receive a scholarship up to 3.750,-€ and travel costs up to 1.000,-€. The first residency period goes from 1st of February to 30th of April 2018.
Closing date for applications is 12th of November 2017. The results will be announced shortly after.
