Whitmore Press is delighted to announce the launch of third body (featuring Georges Braque lithograph on the cover), a stunning new poetry collection by Marion May Campbell.
The wonderful Jennifer Harrison will do the launch honours.
third body is the shapeshifter between intimates, taking what’s at hand – rite of passage, medical procedure, landscape, plant or animal – to operate metamorphoses in turn cruel and wondrous, a quickening interloper in dream, in terror, in love and in the shadow of death.
This is one of the final events at the iconic Collected Works before Kris and Retta exit the Nicholas Building for the last time and enter a new phase of their lives.
