Overland is currently running the Nakata Brophy Prize for Young Indigenous Writers, which is open until Friday 16 Feb.

With just over a week to go, we’d love your help in sharing the prize if it may be of interest to your friends, members and followers.

This year, Overland’s poetry editor Toby Fitch, writer and academic Jeanine Leane and Trinity college’s Gayle Allan are looking for poems from Indigenous writers under 30. There’s a $5000 first place prize, with a residency of up to three months and publication in Overland

Runner up prizes may also be awarded.
